The Curate’s Egg retains all of the copyrights to all artwork they have produced on this site, regardless of whether the original has sold. This includes commission pieces.

3) Commissioned Works

All commissioned work is subject to agreement between the artist and the client.

Portraits are completed from the clients photographs and instructions. The client is responsible for ensuring the clarity of both. No more than one revision to the finishe piece will be included in the price.
